Emergency plumbing costs vary with the time of day and the job. Here are our typical price ranges, how the call-out fee works and what changes the final bill.
Emergency call-outs are typically £80 - £120 from 8am to 6pm and £100 - £150 overnight. Weekend and bank holiday call-outs are typically £120 - £180. All prices include VAT and are typical ranges.
A call-out fee applies to every visit. It is worked out from the distance between our East London base and your postcode, and shown before you pay online by card. The further away you are, the higher the fee.
Burst pipe repair is typically £100 - £200 and a gas leak inspection £90 - £150. Flooding response starts from £150. Parts and extra work are quoted separately.
The type of fault, how hard it is to reach, the parts needed and how long the work takes. Hidden pipework and older properties can add time. Ask your engineer to explain the price before work starts.
Out of hours and weekend work is usually priced higher than daytime work because of the hours involved. Our price ranges above show the difference, and the call-out fee is shown before you pay.
